PROCESSING ORDERS
The Site records the request for orders from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. All inquiries are handled during these hours. The fulfillment of the order is considered completed only after the payment of the order has been registered. Orders placed and processed cannot be modified, however, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a modification request can be made by email to info@phiili.it which reserves the right to decide the question independently. FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event that Paypal is unable to receive a verification from the Customer’s bank. FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.
SHIPMENT
The Products that are available in the warehouse will normally be delivered as quickly as possible and in any case, indicatively:
– Italy, within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment.
– EU countries other than Italy, within 3-6 working days from receipt of payment.
– States other than the EU, within 4-8 working days of receipt of payment.
Delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during business hours, by specialized forwarding agent, with special packaging / packaging to the address of the recipient indicated by the Customer. The delivery terms indicated above refer to the products present in its warehouses.
Free shipping on orders over 300€ in Italy.
Upon receipt of the Products, the recipient must verify that the Products correspond, even in number, to the Products ordered, it being understood that, in the event of any discrepancy between the Products delivered and the Products ordered, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Transport costs will be calculated based on the place of delivery of the Products, according to agreements defined with the forwarder in charge of delivery and clearly indicated to the Customer both when purchasing the Products and in subsequent confirmation messages. Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The packages are carefully packed. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to contact the shipper immediately.
FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. is not responsible for any missing or theft / damage of shipments or their contents if the package has been accepted without reserve. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer. Shipments are insured, this coverage expires at the time of delivery.
EVASIONE ORDINI
Il Sito registra la richiesta di ordini dal Lunedì al Venerdì con Orario 10.00-18.00. Tutte le richieste sono gestite in questi orari. L’evasione dell’ordine si ritiene compiuta solo dopo l’avvenuta registrazione del pagamento dell’ordine stesso. Gli ordini effettuati ed evasi non possono essere modificati, tuttavia, se la merce non è stata ancora spedita, può essere fatta richiesta di modifica tramite mail a info@phiili.it che si riserva il diritto di decidere, in modo autonomo la questione. FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. si riserva il diritto di rifiutare un ordine nel caso in cui Paypal non sia in grado di ricevere una verifica da parte della banca del Cliente. FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. si riserva il diritto di rifiutare ordini o di rifiutare l’erogazione di servizi a chiunque in qualsiasi momento.
SPEDIZIONE
I Prodotti che risultano disponibili nel magazzino verranno, di norma, consegnati nel minor tempo possibile e comunque, indicativamente:
– Italia, entro 2-5 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento.
– Stati UE diversi dall’Italia, entro 3-6 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento.
– Stati diversi dall’UE, entro 4-8 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del pagamento.
La consegna sarà effettuata dal lunedì al venerdì in orario lavorativo, a mezzo spedizioniere specializzato, con apposita confezione/imballaggio all’indirizzo del destinatario indicato dal Cliente. I termini di consegna sopra indicati si riferiscono ai prodotti presenti presso i propri magazzini.
Spedizione gratuita agli ordini superiori ai 300€ solo in Italia.
Al ricevimento dei Prodotti, il destinatario dovrà verificare che i Prodotti corrispondano, anche nel numero, ai Prodotti ordinati, fermo restando che, in caso di difformità dei Prodotti consegnati rispetto ai Prodotti ordinati, il Cliente potrà esercitare il diritto di recesso. Le spese di trasporto saranno calcolate in base al luogo di consegna dei Prodotti, secondo accordi definiti con lo spedizioniere incaricato della consegna ed indicati chiaramente al Cliente sia in occasione dell’acquisto dei Prodotti che nei messaggi successivi di conferma. Al momento dell’arrivo della merce, i Clienti sono pregati di ispezionare attentamente il pacco prima di apporre una firma a prova di avvenuta consegna della spedizione. Le confezioni sono accuratamente imballate. Se per qualsiasi motivo, la confezione appare manomessa, i Clienti sono pregati di firmare l’avvenuta ricezione con riserva, oppure di rifiutare la consegna. Nel caso in cui la consegna sia stata accettata con una firma non autorizzata o ci siano prove di manomissione del pacco, i Clienti sono pregati di contattare immediatamente lo spedizioniere.
FD FASHION DESIGN S.r.l.s. non si ritiene responsabile di mancanze o furto/danneggiamento delle spedizioni o il loro contenuto se il pacco è stato accettato senza riserva. Se per qualsiasi motivo la spedizione non riesce ad essere consegnata con successo all’indirizzo fornito dal Cliente nel contratto commerciale, il pacco rischia di essere rispedito al mittente. Tali importi saranno dedotti dall’eventuale rimborso dovuto al Cliente. Le spedizioni sono assicurate, tale copertura decade al momento della consegna.
